Ordering
By placing an order on our online pharmacy website, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase medications, and that you are doing so in compliance with the laws of your country. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order. Any attempt to provide false information or place an order under false pretenses will result in order cancellation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched. To proceed with an order cancellation, please contact us through our Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representatives will assist you in the cancellation process. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled or modified.
Delivery
We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet delivery services to the countries specified by our customers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except for those placed on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once your order has been approved and shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with the relevant shipping information.
Shipping Policy
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): For customers seeking faster delivery, we offer EMS shipping, which typically takes 5-9 days from the date of dispatch. The deadline for this method is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided with all EMS shipments upon dispatch.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery): Standard shipping via Registered AirMail usually takes 14-21 days from the date of dispatch. The deadline for this delivery method is 30 days. These packages are sent discreetly and are placed in your mailbox. Please note that shipments sent by Registered AirMail do not come with tracking information.
Large orders exceeding 120 pills will be divided into two separate shipments and may not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medications will also be shipped separately, and may arrive at different times.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched, except in the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective items. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order, providing relevant details and photographs. Claims received after this period may not be processed.
Liability
We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or actions by postal services. We are not responsible for any misuse of products obtained from our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult healthcare professionals before using any medications ordered from our website.
